Instructions

For all cattle or bison being moved from one location within Curry or Roosevelt Counties to another location within either of these counties, please fill out the form below and click submit. You will then be provided a movement number. Please note that number and be prepared to provide it to any livestock inspector who may request it during this movement. No further action is required. This will assist us in our effort to reduce any further impact or restrictions resulting from these counties having been identified by the USDA as a "Modified Accredited Advanced Zone" for Bovine Tuburculosis.
