NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Mexico Livestock Board (NMLB) will hold an in-person and virtual rulemaking hearing on March 26, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
The NMLB will consider proposed Rule changes. The purpose of the proposed rule amendment/repeal and replace it to make updated changes to the Trichomoniasis rules involving breeding bulls, official identification, pregnancy confirmation, and grammatical/stylistic changes.
